Booking Terms

Confirmation

Online submissions are booking requests. Your appointment becomes confirmed only when John contacts you with confirmation.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or changing an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.

Suitability

Massage is not medical treatment. Tell John about injuries, pregnancy, allergies or relevant health conditions before treatment. The treatment may be declined or adapted where appropriate.

Access and conduct

The client must provide safe, appropriate access and sufficient space for the massage table. The service is strictly professional; inappropriate conduct ends the appointment immediately.
